     The universe is an enormous place filled with many different celestial objects and phenomena. It is made up of billions of galaxies, each containing millions or billions of stars and other objects. Our solar system is just one small part of the universe. It consists of eight planets that orbit around the Sun, as well as various smaller objects like asteroids and comets. The eight planets in our solar system are:   1. Mercury: The smallest planet in the solar system, located closest to the Sun.
